During this pandemic, Ilse Cosmetics would like to assure you that health and safety is always our top priority. Here are measures we have taken to ensure the wellbeing of our customers, partners and team members.

• Team members are allowed to work-at-home unless absolutely necessary, and are encouraged to stay-in except for essential activities.
• Team members working on-site are required to wash their hands properly and regularly, and to keep distance from other teammates.
• Disposable gloves and face masks are worn at all times.
• Regular sanitation of all work surfaces, including packaging stations.
• Meetings with vendors and partners are all held remotely, instead of in-person.
• Ensuring all staff members of our manufacturers and suppliers are not affected.

Please understand that shipments can be delayed and might arrived after expected delivery times.
